Equal treatment in our services
Flexdirect has an anti-discrimination policy. We do not tolerate discrimination based on beliefs, religion, political affiliation, race, gender, age, gender identity, nationality, or marital status. Through internal procedures, we have ensured this is embedded in our organization.
In addition, our employees are informed about current laws and regulations. We communicate our code of conduct to all permanent staff and provide instructions on implementation and application where necessary. Equal treatment legislation is a standard part of the basic training for all new employees.
