Allround Production Worker

What will you do?

As an Allround Production Worker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bouillons and sauces with fresh, local ingredients. You will work with modern equipment and ensure that all products meet our high standards. Your tasks include:

• Preparing and packaging sauces using the best ingredients.
• Operating machines (no experience required, we’ll train you!).
• Storing and organizing finished products to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll work in a friendly and informal team across 3 shifts:

• Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
• Evening shift: 14:00–22:00
• Night shift: 21:00–06:00

Evening and night shifts come with attractive bonuses. Plus, you’ll have the chance to grow into a supervisor role.

What we offer

• A starting salary of €14.92 per hour;
• Bonuses on top of your salary, such as:
• 140% for overtime (after 40 hours worked)
• 133% for hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00
• 135% for hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00
• 135% for specific bonus hours.

• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You are available for at least 40 hours per week;
