Production Worker

As a Production Worker at this company in Oss, you will join a team that makes high-quality, natural sauces and stocks. You earn at least € 14.92 gross per hour, and with proven experience, a higher salary is possible. You work in a 3-shift system and receive a 33% bonus for evening hours and 35% for night shifts. What will you do?

Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production runs smoothly. You will work with fresh, local ingredients and help create traditional products full of flavor.

Your main tasks include:

• Preparing and packaging sauces and stocks;
• Operating production machines (training provided);
• Reporting small malfunctions or deviations to your supervisor;
• Keeping your workplace clean and following hygiene rules;
• Storing and organizing finished products in the warehouse.

You’ll work in a friendly and informal team across 3 shifts:

• Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
• Evening shift: 14:00–22:00
• Night shift: 21:00–06:00

Start and end times are agreed upon with your team leader. Evening and night shifts come with attractive bonuses. Plus, you’ll have the chance to grow into a supervisor role.
