Maintenance Technician

Are you skilled in technology and quick at solving problems? For this company in Oss we are looking for a Maintenance Technician in a 2-shift schedule. You earn between € 3,800,- and € 4,200,- gross per month, depending on your experience. That is € 21.84 to € 24.14 gross per hour, excluding bonuses.

About the job

As a Maintenance Technician you make sure machines and installations keep running smoothly. If something breaks, you solve it quickly and safely. You also do planned maintenance and help improve processes. You work independently, but also together with colleagues from other departments.In addition to your 2-shift work, you will sometimes be on stand-by duty. This means that you are available outside working hours for emergencies.

Your tasks:

• Find and fix technical breakdowns on machines and installations;

• Carry out planned maintenance;

• Analyse breakdowns and find the cause;

• Record your work and report to your supervisor;

• Share ideas for improvements;

• Work together with other departments to solve technical problems.

Working hours

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;

• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00;

• Once every 3 to 4 weeks: stand-by duty from Monday to Friday, between 22:00 and 06:00 (only for emergencies).

What we offer

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,800,- and € 4,200,- at 40 hours per week (€ 21.84 – € 24.14 gross per hour);

• 8% shift allowance on top of your salary;

What we ask

• Completed technical vocational education (MBO level);

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Service Technician;

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;

• Able to work independently and think in solutions;

• Physically fit and a real team player.
