Operator (2-shift system)

About the role

As an Operator, you will work closely with your colleagues from the production and packaging departments. You ensure everything runs smoothly, from start to finish.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and setting up machines;

• Performing quality checks and solving minor malfunctions;

• Changing over and preparing machines;

• Managing your own production line;

• Training new colleagues;

• Working together to achieve the daily production targets.

Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• One week from 06:00 to 14:00, the following week from 14:00 to 22:00

At times you may work in a cooler environment, but the company ensures you stay comfortable.

What we offer

• A salary between €16.08 and €22.05 gross per hour, including 8% shift allowance;

• 8.33% holiday allowance & 25 vacation days (full-time basis);

What we ask

• Experience as an Operator (preferably in the food industry);

• Good command of Dutch or English;
